Dental Patient Information – Huntsville, OH
New Patients Welcome!
Northwest Family Dental of Huntsville is currently welcoming new patients of all ages into our dental office, so you, your children, and your parents are all invited to visit us and experience the friendly, comprehensive care you deserve. To help you prepare for your first appointment, just read over the information below. And, if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team!
Your First Dental Visit
Rather than filling out forms, your initial appointment will start with a conversation between you and one of our team members. They’ll ask about your dental and medical history and will try to get a sense of your dental goals. From there, they will perform a brief exam and take some X-rays. At this point, you’ll meet Dr. Grill, who will take some time to chat with you before completing his own exam. Based on his findings and your input, he’ll discuss an ongoing treatment plan with you and answer all of your questions before you’re escorted back to the front to schedule your next visit.
New Patient Forms
Our forms help us gather your basic information as quickly as possible, and to speed up this process even more, you now have the option to download and complete our forms ahead of time. Just bring the filled-out pages to your appointment so we can check you in instantly!
